[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Poor service and useless manager | |||
The Volkswagen Kannur service centre is one of the worst service centre I have ever seen . The manager is the most dumb fellow and his attitude towards the customers is really bad . He used to talk to customers like he had given the car to customers for free. We have paid so much to buy this car and due to worst service provided by the Kannur service centre the vehicle is facing so much problems. I have a vento with is just 64000 km and 9 years old . We have other cars also but we are not facing such issues with other cars and service providers. I have spend more than 2 lakhs for this car till now. The service advisors and the Kannur service centre is doing some black hand activities behind the service centre. Every time when I visit the service centre I can see people shouting and raising complaints . The manager should be changed as soon as possible as otherwise the company might face a big issue . The service advisor Shanuj also deals with customers like we have got the car for free from them . Please do change these stupid people and please provide good service. Last time when I visited the showroom the complaint was injector failure . Have 4 cylinders and I have changed 3 till now and last day the 4 th injector also failed . So it cost 22, 000 for each injector . The point is that the km driven is just 64000 km .and this issue happen after 1 week of doing a general service . Just after 1 week of doing general service were there was no issues suddenly the injector failed .the service team in Volkswagen Kannur is such a stupid’s who doesn’t know what to do. And they won’t be having stock of anything . Without having any stock why they open this kind of service centre . The attitude of staffs in Volkswagen Kannur is really really bad . Please take a serious action regarding the issue and provide me compensation. Otherwise the bills videos taken from the service centre and phone calls with the staff will be given to the media soon .
