Volkswagen India — Poor Service at the service centre with respect to handling of the vehicle

I've gone for the free general check up for 6 months or 7500 kilometres yesterday and after i returned from the place i noticed that there were deep scratches on the windsheild, those scratches were put intentionally by someone because it can be seen clearly, I'm very dissatisfied with the service and want an explanation regarding this as soon as possible
