This is in reference to the Penalty Charges against Loan Number : [protected] .
I would like to officially express my discontent with the penalty issue of Audi A3.
I really cannot understand what kind of service this is? It has been almost 24 hours just to receive merely a call from your end regarding the penalty charges . I have been dealing with Malika and Suchita who were supposed to investigate the issue of the ECS system and get back to me with a new amount at 3:00 PM Yesterday. I do not see any revert till now. We have been making the payments on time via cheque. Because of some technical issues at your end, Penalty charges has been added in our account against the above mentioned loan number. I do not wish to pay for something which was a technical fault .
I trust this is not the way to deal with such valued customers like us.
I would appreciate it highly if you take appropriate action towards resolving my problem on priority basis and provide me NOC asap.
