[Resolved] Volkswagen India — poor service feedback and behaviour | |||
My car tiguan got thrashed and severely damaged in an accident on 1 february 2019. Immediately car was towed into authorized volkswagen service station at nashik. Since 1 february car is in service station and repair has not started yet. Initial explaination for 21 days was given that insurance claim was pending hence they can not touch the car. We gave them a cheque for ordering the spare parts (In case the claim gets rejected so that repair should not be delayed). Now it is more than a week that claim is approved still the repairing work is not started. My grivience is - 1. Unwanted and unnecessary delay in car reapir 2. Irresponsible and arrogant behaviour 3. No proper feedback 4. No timelines or any schedule for the repair Was this information helpful? | |||
