Volkswagen India — poor service station at indore | |||
On 1st June 2015 our Vento MP09CP8738, met with a small accident, and we immidiately sent the car to Shirani Automotive, the dealer of Volkswagen in Indore for service. But it has been 20 days and we have still not received our vehicle. The treatment that we are getting from people at Shirani is very bad. Nobody is giving us a definative answer as to when they will give us our car. We are getting different dates everyday. When we bought this car we expected world class service from such a world class brand, but they hardly care about the hardships that their customer must be facing due to their lazy behavior. When we dug futher we found out that there is some kind of inquiry going on at Shirani Automotive, regarding their Sales Tax and due to which they are unable to procure any kind of material from anywhere in India as they cannot issue Form 49. Our problem is why were we not informed that such an issue is going on at their showroom and how can a world class company give their dealership to people who create such tax issues. We request you to look into this matter and provide us with the best solution. Why should we suffer because of what they have done.
