Volkswagen India — Power window of vw taigun topline AT not working

have taigun topline 1.0 automatic and its power window is creating issues since 2 months the mirror is not closing and i have complaint this abut volkswagen showroom jabalpur, madhya Pradesh...the service team is very poor ther are not resolving my issue and saying that power window motor is not availabe since 2 months ...they are not listening to our complain and my power window got stuck now tell me what do i do these things are not expected from VW Vehicle, , , , kindly resolve my issue and please make ur parts available at every workshop and please see workshop guys they are not polite at all.
