[Resolved] Volkswagen India — prolonging warranty claim | |||
Hello, my volkswagen polo (Kl 58 u 746) had an issue with the battery and the car broke down i took it to the showroom as the battery was on warranty period. It was checked on 23-12-19 and a week has passed and still they haven't processed the claim i. E the vehicle is lying in the showroom for more than a week for a pity issue. This is not the first time i am encountering the issue. Last month (November) i had to wait for more than 3 weeks to replace a abs sensor (That too the second time) which was also on warranty. The dealership's attitude towards the customers in the issue is very frustrating and i plan to proceed legally. Was this information helpful? | |||
