Dear sir/madam, I had conversation with your representative for my issue but I am very sad to inform you that no actions have been taken till now. My complaint was that I purchased my new polo highline last december. At that time they were offering customers a free insurance with polo car. I asked them kindly do it bumper to bumper. And they were agreed to that. The salesperson handed it over to me the insurance amount was 25000. But one they after that they called and corrected amount with 18000 I asked them why so?? They said "sorry sir mistakenly we have written 25000 it is 18000 and it will cover bumper to bumper". Few days back I went for free 7500km servicing. My car got damaged from front asked them to apply for insurance but that time they said it will be of no use as your insurance I comprehensive not bumper to bumper you have to pay. I called that salesperson who sold me that insurance. He was denying to me that he never promised like that. I have proof with me. Please find the solution.
