Volkswagen India — Regarding AC vents | |||
Hello, I had left my Polo for service, it was bieng picked up by a person from volkswagen. When he pivked it up the AC vebts were perfectly fine and was broken badly into pieces when I recieved the car. Naveen Gowda was the person incharge and never gets back to me even if I call. I have had issues with the AC vents earlier and have repaced it on the last service 1 year ago. I have hardly driven the car for 2000 kms, how can the vents break. Is volks wagen using low quality products in cars??? Or you guys have wantedely broken it and given it back. Ive been facing a lot of such issues feom Apple Auto white field service centre and I am not at all satisfied with their service. Please look into this ASAP BEFORE I MAKE IT WORST.
