[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Regarding damaged car delivered. | |||
I have purchased vento automatic hiline from karnavatti volkswagon ahmedabadon 09.05.16. I was deleverd damaged car. After two days from delevary i noticed that the gear shift plate is damaged and the same was informed to the sales representative of karnavati volks wagon by phone call. He said that whenever you come to ahmedabad they will check it but now they says i have to pay 50% for the damaged part. My point is that if it is not their fault then why they are ready to bear 50% cost? Since last one month i m regularly in touch with the sales person and i have also visited the showroom but at that time they said they will talk to management and inform me.
