[Resolved] Volkswagen India — regarding unavailability of basic parts in your service center at hubli | |||
Hello, My self Avinash, I am using Polo car since 5 n half year and it's running is 150, 500 km as of today. I had given my car for 10th service today in your SO CALLED service station at Volkswagen showroom, Hubli. But the thing is I couldn't get basic parts in your service station. If it was first time since my 10 services, I could never mind, but I visited your service 16 to 17 times for 10 services due to the same voice which I heard in every service that ' Sir parts are not in stock and we need a week time to get that part'. For every service I spent Rs. 1500 extra for visiting to your service station. And one more important thing that, today morning when I left my car for service, after that I visited your showroom at Hubli and decided to buy AMEO DSG vehicle and I was about to book vehicle in 2 to 3 days. But in noon when I got call from your service advisor saying that parts are unavailable, I changed my decision and decided not to buy your company even though cars are best in its class, because of worst condition I faced during last service. Lastly I request you to take precautionary actions, so that your company vehicles should get good services at your workshop. Was this information helpful? | |||

My Polo's internal roof scaffolding is tearing off only after 4 years of purchase. Not expected at all. Need to get it fixed at no cost.
