[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Repair and service

Hi, I had given my Polo (high line ), diesel for repairs and servicing around 17th of August 2014 at Volkswagen GOA service station . I was assured that my vehicle would be delivered to me within 3 weeks. However my vehicle has not yet been delivered and they are unable to give me a delivery date, when I asked them the reason they say they don't have the enough resource for the job . This is the most ridiculous reason to expect from a brand like Volkswagen . I am really disappointed, and regret my decision to buy the vehicle . G. Shet.
