[Resolved] Volkswagen India — rude behavior | |||
My self abhinav bansal i have polo and vento car. Today i swnd my staff at gwalior service center to buy a high tone horn for my car. When my staff came back i find there is only one horn is given to him i call mr yadev for this this issue but he didn't take my call so i send my staff back to service station. When he reach their and ask about the horn mr yadev start shouting at him. My staff called me and said bhaiya he is shouting at me what should i do i ask him to give phone to mr yadev but mr yadev very rudely refuse to take my call, i ask my staff to tell him i don't want to return the horn but just talk to me but he didn't. This type of rude and bad behavior is not acceptable to regular customer i always get my service done at service station. Kindly do the need full.
