[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Rude behaviour of the service advisor on Insurance | |||
Yesterday my wife dropped her car for 15000kms service at Apple Auto Pvt Ltd, Bangalore], since the vehicle had some bumper damage and probable intercooler damage[as mentioned by the service advisor] i asked for the possibility of insurance coverage. It was told that it will take 7days for repair if we go with insurance, when asked why such long it was told this the time required. When again questioned my other brand vehicle claim does not take such time, he replied rudely telling this is different brand and this is our time. Most interesting was when asked can i talk to your next level, the reply was he will tell 10days, so accept this. voks wagen service in belgaum in karnatak is the worst like road side repair shop the service manger mr somesh is most un ethical man having no manners and the work shop has no facilites to check the parts and the system they have adopted is direct replacement without any checking
