Serious mental harassment at the hands for Elite Motors ( VW Center) situated at Bangalore. Our Vento has been terribly mismanaged during the service in last month. Right after this multi-clucth got serious problem and they are not taking any responsibility.
Our vehicle was serviced in month of June'22 in Elite motors at Hosur Road in Bangalore. After a chase up for close to 1 month we got our vehicle back and supposedly fixed for the issues we had raised. We were charged for all the repairs and parts and the same was paid after a lot debate and argument as lot of protocols follwed for servicing vehicles were broken from Volkswagen side. The service advisor was fired because of the mismanagement of the entire issue as claimed by them. During the test drive before getting the vehicle released, we complained to them that there was a vibration felt which wasn't there earlier. They asked us to drive the vehicle for couple of days and revert back if the issue still persists and they would fix it. On the very next day, the car got some serious problem and started giving stron vibrations while driving. We immediately reported it back and left the vehicle at service center. Now, the team is saying the multi cluctch has gone bad and needs a replacement. And gave us an estimate of 1.3 lacs. We mentioned that when we gave the vehicle there was Jo such issue and most probably it's a mismanagement by the service center while dealing with the servicing of the vehicle. They are saying they reached out to the higher ups in Volkswagen India and they are saying it's part of wear and tear given that the vehicle has run over 1 lac kms. This wasn't absolutely given as an argument when the vehicle was getting serviced. We are very sure that the something has been done wrong to our vehicle purposely since due to our complaint they fired the service advisor. The service center team is not ready to share the communication email that they got from the company side with their opinion for this case nor sharing any contact details so that we can talk to the higher ups directly. They are definitely trying to put this entire story undercover putting all the blame and cost impact on customer simply saying that the vehicle has aged over 7 years and has ran over a lac kms. This is absolutely not acceptable when it wasn't a different scenario when we gave it for servicing. They are trying to cover up their incapability and not ready to accept their fault. Please help to resolve this at the earliest. Over vehicle is again lying there for a month now with no decision at all. Was this information helpful? |
