[Resolved] Volkswagen India — service booking issue | |||
Booked an slot for car service and didnt get any response from service center for confirmation. I keep on calling service center for car pickup and didnt receive any response. After multiple reminders from past three days and today early morning reminders i got response saying that they cant service my car on booked slot. I had plan of going to mumbai in the morning and i cancelled it only becauae of the time they promised me to do by 4pm. Was this information helpful? | |||
