very poor service
they charged heavy labour charge around 4900 for first service
i thought that they charged high labour charge for giving salary to the service people . so distributor not all spend even a single money for running the service section i mean salary for service engineer .

We have given our volkswagen vento car to your authorize service center Automark motors, Ahmedabad since last 15 days but still we didn't get any satisfactory service.
We have submitted our car for some noise was there. as per their suggestion the problem was due to radiator spoiler & we confirm to change that part & money paid but problem was as it is.
Further, they have given us the commitment that they will do free of coast basis to solve the noise issue.
now they have changed the stand & demanding for heavy price to be paid to get my car back which is totally unethical & not expected from Company like volkswegon.
We are requesting to interfere for highest satisfaction.
We are expecting satisfactory revert within 24hours to avoid further escalation or legal.
