[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Service issue along with delay of 8 days | |||||
My car no is mh12 mb8466 polo m blue. I gave my car to resolve some technical issue on 26th april 2017. These people gave me commitment that they will return it with in 3- 4 days but they delayed by 2-3 days more from the actual date. I received my car back on 6th may 2017. Now same thing happened again with the same technical issue after 2 days after number of calls again they took my car but not gave any commitment on the delivery side. I also need to bare petrol charges. This caused me a big loss as im also working in marketing company & without car it wont be possible to do my job. Kindly take the issue against these people as they do not stand on there words & do not revert on time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
