[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Service not done and vehicle not delivered even after taking twice the assured time

Minor problem was not fixed in steering, instead they changed the whole set and are charging 80, 000.00 for it and even after that they say they are unable to fix the problem and are still experimenting with it. Each day I am promised that the vehicle will be delivered, but end of the day there is no response, until I call or send some one to the service centre, where they say that vehicle is in another workshop and cannot be delivered today, This is happening since four days, and each day there is no response from any of the service advisors as to when that can fix the problem. Looks like they are intending to make fat bills. Totally disappointed with the quality of service, will write in all forums and blogs not to buy any VW vehicles, please note that I was a fan of VW brand, now I am disappointed to say that I will be telling people not to buy any VW models.
