[Resolved] Volkswagen India — service of the car | |||
I have provided my car for checking. However while returning back the vehicle the lock which is used to open bonnet was broken by volkswagen service engineer and the broken parts were place in the car as it is and were not fixed. When i called to service center they asked to send an email with screenshot which i did and even after that i got response. This is really a pathetic way of providing service.
