I HAVE GIVEN MY CAR FOR CHECKUP AND RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM TO MGRS AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD. AGRA THREE TIMES EARLIER BUT NO RESULT HAS COME POSITIVE, EVERYTIME THEY RETURNED SAYING YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECTIFIED. ON 2ND MAY 2015, I HAVE GIVEN THEM MY CAR FOR FOURTH TIME FOR SAME PROBLEM AND TODAY ITS[protected], TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION . DUE TO THERE NEGLIGENCE MORE PROBLEMS AND MALFUNCTIONING IN ENGINE AND CAR CIRCUITS HAVE STARTED RESULTING ONE TIME SHORTCIRCUIT IN FUSE PART FOR THAT ALSO I HAVE PAID THEM FOR NEW PART. IT WAS YOUR MARKET REPUTATION AND QUALITY, WE TRUSTED AND NOW WE THING WE HAVE INVESTED IN WRONG COMPANY. TODAY ITS BEEN 17 DAYS AND STILL WE ARE NOT IN POSITION TO GET OUR CAR BACK. MOREOVER YESTERDAY WHEN I CALL AGRA SERVICE CENTRE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT GAVE ME LIST OF PARTS TO BE CHANGED. WHEN I ASK THEM WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR PARTS IF IT WAS DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE PROBLEMS HAVE INCREASED, THE PERSON CONCERNED THERE STRAIGHTAWAY SAID THAT FIRST YOU ASSURE US THAT YOU WILL PAY FOR THE PARTS THEN ONLY WE WILL PROCEED. IN TODAYS TIME OF COMPETITION WHERE EVERY COMPANY IS PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE AND GENUINE PROBLEM RECTIFICATIONS, YOUR DEALER (MGRS AUTOMOTIVE-AGRA) IS JUST FINDING WAYS TO MAKE MONEY BY PUSHING THINGS TO THE EXTENT SO CUSTOMER HAS TO CHANGE THE PARTS WITHOUT ANY OPTION LEFT . KINDLY ADVICE SHOULD I FORGET MY CAR WITH YOUR DEALER AND LEAVE ?
