[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Service time issues | |||
Respected sir, I m holding more then 10 vw cars in my family. Recently i purchased 2 new vento cars highline model to strengthen the relationship with your brand. During my last visit on 03rd dec 2016 for my vento car automatic highline diesel for some minor checkup and software updation. My car was handled by mr gaurav and crm mayurbhai was informed for the same. But when i went to take the delivery of my vehicle i found that my tan light on the driver side was damanged, while i gave the car there was no remark on the job card, but when i returned the job car was mentioned with a remark of right side head light damage. Which shows that they have made mal function. Afterward they tried to show me the cctv cameras where there was no result as due to low quality and not proper angle. Just to makeover the fault i was been given an offer that you pay for the new tan light we shall give you free wheel alighment and balance for your both cars free of cost. His shows that there was 100% fault and mistake of the dealership. Know today my another var 4995 was send for repair in the fander, again at the time of delivery the fander after repair again is damaged by serive person which they have accepted that during washing its been damaged and we shall give rework on the same during your next visit. I would like to ask a simple question that if each and every time we send the car for repair or service we are getting a new damage should i continue or quit vw. More i would also like to cancel my amcs and all other add-on, also warrienties, because i m not at all satisfied. I m attaching the copy of the last invoice for your reference.
