Pl. go through the attachment, there is no proper reply action from your site on ABRAMOTORS CHENNAI 03/09/2014. Because of which, I have to engage taxi and other mode for my business purpose every day and I am not able to carry out my business activates on time with out hassles. Due to which I have incurred an expense of nearly one to one and half lakhs for non availability of own car for my usage and I am incurring heavy loss on my business day by day. In the connection, I am sorry to bring forth the same to you that the said expenses of one lakh need to be borne by you along with the vehicle delivery, immediately. If you have not fulfilled by above said request immediately, I am sorry, I am constrained to go for legal recourse to obtain the said amount from you and to take immediate delivery of my car.
