Dear Sir,
I am having a Vento car 2011 model and regn. No. UP16CE4739.The lower front grill was found missing of my car. Hence, I approached Volkswagen service centre( Frontier Auto world Pvt Ltd) at Indl. Estate, Mathura road, Delhi today i.e. on 30.12.2022 for procurement of the grill.
But inadvertently, upper grill(show grill) has been delivered to me in place of lower grill.
I again approached the service centre to exchange the grill and provide me the correct grill. Moreover, I visited the service centre after due confirmation on phone.But inspite of my repeated request, the spare part incharge and GM( Mr. Ajay) did not exchange the grill and conveyed that they don’t have lower grill.
I am Volkswagen customer since 2011 and never expected such behaviour from your esteemed company.Invoice no. of the grill supplied is PSIPA2200393 dated 30.12.2022 of Rs. 3653.00.
You are requested to get the supplied grill exchanged with the correct grill and advise the concerned for the same.
