[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Standard features missing from new car.

I bought the new polo highline and it was delivered to me without the cigarette lighter and the removable cup type ashtray. When i inquired about the same to the sales person at Volkswagen Nagpur, he said that those features are not provided in the new polo even though the car delivered a week prior to mine has the same. Also, the sales manager is extremely arrogant and does not speak to the customers politely. She is so rude that you will want to hurl abuses at her. The sales staff lies blatantly and once the car is delivered they do not bother about your complaints at all.
