[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Steering assembly damaged during service by the dealer | |||
My car Volswagen Polo(DL10CC1604) was sent for servicing to this authorized service center. During the service the steering assembly was damaged or replaced by the staff and it started causing issues from the very next day of the service. The car was running fine before the service was done. The dealer is refusing to be held liable for this act and asking for more money to replace the whole steering assembly.
