Volkswagen India — sub-standard vehicle sold

I own a volkswagen vento, registration number hr26de-2880 and it is less than 1 year old. Surprisingly, the paint of the vehicle has started to crack and the body is getting rusted from beneath the paint. Pictures attached. When i sent the vehicle for service and asked them to pay attention to this issue, they spent 2 days with the excuse that technical team is reviewing the problem. Ultimately, nothing was done. I'm really worried about this now. This is the quality of a german car, which is known for the quality of its products.
Moreover, the battery of the vehicle died in 1 year and 6 days and i was stranded on the road. Even after the complaint, the dealership did not provide any assistance. This happened within 10 days of the service completed for the vehicle. There was no information provided that the battery has gone weak or any other problem with the battery. How could it not work within such a short time. Moreover, they charged my 600 bucks for washing as well and the car was not cleaned. This service was done by automarks, mathura road, new delhi.
