I have had to chase the staff for over 2 weeks to get my broken windshield fixed.
First it was to get the windshield was not available, so it was going to take 1 week to come. I was assured that it would likely not take more than 3.5K to fix it if I claim insurance and it can be done in one day.
Once the week was over, I have been calling incessantly to get someone on the line to can tell me whether I can send the car or not. Completely unprofessional!
Finally, when they do honour me by saying the windhsield is here and I can send the car, they involve new processes and want to hold my vehicle captive for a day because survey has to be done by insurance only the following day.
Completely unprofessional way of handling, because I had been asking them to tell me the steps needed to get things done.
I am supposed to take the car on the highway, and have already wasted more than 10K on hired vehicles because Volkswagon staff does not have the decency to keep customers informed or provide information and answer calls.
And my car is still not fixed thanks to their dilly dallying. Was this information helpful? |
