Hi, i have purchased volkswagen vento in february 2016. I have faced gear box failure back to back. 1. Gear box failure with in hours after 15000km service. That time car was in service center for more than 30 days. 2. Gear box failure with in 4 days after 30000 km. Now still car was in service center since august 3rd 2017. I made so many email request to customer care but didnot get a call back or mail. I am asking volkswagen company that is it a manufacturing defect or service center defect?.
