Hi,
This is to inform you that my car vento met with an accident and then i gave it volswagon body shop in naraina new delhi. the estimated time given by the adviser was 10 to 15 days but now it has been almost a month i have not received my car the reason they are giving is that they did not get the due letter from national insurance as it was zero depth insurance. These people are not responding to my phone calls they are not picking calls from my number neither the adviser nor the manager.
I am facing so inconvenience and am pissed off by the response of these guys.
Now, i am going to file a legal complain against volkswagon india for the compensation as this is really bad customer service which i never expected from such a big brand.
