[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Very poor service at Mohit Service center Goa

I own a polo TDI . On 13.10.14 I had taken an appointment for checking the sound coming from my front wheel . I reached the service station at 9.30 am and briefed Mr. Abdul who was my service engineer . After taking the test drive he informed me that my car will be ready within 1.5 hrs. Hence I waited till 11.00am n then enquired about my car, but to my supp rise the car was still lying near the security un attended . The concerned service head was also briefed about the entire episode, but he was list bothered . I feel people should not buy Vokswagon cars as service is poor in Goa.
