Volkswagen India — very worst service

I have given my car for service in abra motors. They have done a very worst service and the've damaged my car parts (Tail lamp& media player). I have registerd a complaint at volkswagen head office. They are not responding to me in a proper manner and also in the local service center in chennai they are not responding. I've paid a minimum amount of 60, 000 rupees for every service.
