I have purchased Ameo Highline diesel automatic car in july '19 and ran only for 12500 kms. In the past four months, vehicle broke down for three times on the road due to Engine malfunctioning. I am not using the car for long drive since it is not safe and may stop at any time in the road. The last incident happened on 03.12.21 @6 pm and vehicle towed by VW on 04.12.21.
I lodged a complaint to customer care on 04.12 and wrote a mail to them on 04.12.21. Despite my frequent follow up, they are not responding to my complaint. It seems, they don't understand the pain of customer when the vehicle suddenly stopped on the road. Was this information helpful? |
