Volkswagen India — volkswagen polo car breakdown after servicing (vidyut motors service centre - shivajinagar, pune)
One of the worst services in these few year i has experienced with vidyut motor - sivajinagar, pune vw service centre. No body responds to customer technical queries and totally irresponsible behaviour. They dont bother about others time and issues. Need volkswagen intervention in resolving the issue urgently. I own a polo petrol - trendline 2011 model. An proud customer till now and hope for a professional and customer satisfaction from your end. Below is the summary which i think vw only can understand. Issue : on 04th december 2017 i have given the vehicle for regular scheduled servicing in good condition without any issues to service centre and got it back on 11th of december 2017 after regular service and checkup. Same day i drove 4-5 km to my home and parked the car. Next morning on 12th december 2017 when i tried to start the car it cranked and after some vibration started while driving lost some speed and within half km of driving car broke down on the road. Got a yellow colour error signal of catalytic converter & ems. After lots of foul commitments of sending a technician at site, i have to tow down the car to service centre. They told me it need to check and took the car on their possession. After a long followup after 10 days they informed me there was a issue with engine speed sensor and need to be changed. Due to unavailability of stock they took 10 more days to correct the vehicle. After continuous followup they delivered the car on 30th december 2017. While driving back i found little bit excessive heating from bonnet area informed the same to the service adviser and he said its normal. Now after almost 20 days again the car is not starting and broke down. When trying to start its cranking but not starting. I am really disappointed about the low workmen ship at the time of servicing and pretty sure that has only lead to all these issues. Now also have a reliability issues for future fault finding with vidyut motor-pune. Request you kindly suggest a solution for the same. Was this information helpful?
