[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Volkswagen service bad at hyderabad uppal | |||||
I had given vento vehicle for general service since it crossed 35000 kms. Service adviser charged me 21500 including spares and delivered the vehicle at home without proper post check. Am facing cher cher noise coming out from front left side wheel. I tried to reach service adviser to check what is the problem exactly related it to. They (Front office executives, service adviser and manager) were not even responded to mobiles. They gave wrong billing address on my invoice. For pick and drop they charged 250 rs in bill and again driver charge 500 for diesel other than invoice. Very pathetic service given by volkswagen. Was this information helpful? | |||||
