Dear Sir , This is with reference to our concerns regarding Volkswagen Vehicle bearing Regn.No. HR51AV1121. We have communicated multiple times regarding the same but till now no any appropriate decision taken by your side. As per your last mail received and you had written that "as per records the registered legal owner is Mr. Kailash Ahuja and as per company policy all legal activities and communication should be under the authority of legal registered owner only". In this regards Mr. Kailash Ahuja has already sent you in about the authority given to Mr. Parvinder Singh and you have also visit to their home and intimidate his father to get back their case otherwise he will be in trouble. You are making harassment to the family of Mr. Kailash Ahuja by calling him and by visiting his house to get back on this case as you are facing insult from the social media by uploading a video when Mr. Ahuja told you to replace his dickey as Mr. bindal / Mr. Virender singh assured to replace the dickey with new one than you told him that this case in on higher authority and can not do anything. If you cannot do anything than why are you visiting his house and calling him ? The video uploaded in Youtube is correct as it have all the relevant documents against the email conversation and telephonic conversation as already told you in my previous mail and you have also the copy of mail and can cross check. And As per the telephonic conversation with Mr. Vikram I had paused the video from that day as he assured me that we will resolve your issue at the earliest but till now we are blaming each other and not ready to resolve the issue. You are saying that the Dickey is repaired outside that's why you didn't gave me in proper paint or good job than I would like to ask you why you don't ask me previously at the time of opening the job card or at the time of inspection or when you were repairing the dickey ? Now you required Mr. Kailash Ahuja to visit personally at your dealership than he is ready to visit on Tuesday and requested to Mr. Kapil Bindal to available so that he can also share their views and get the decision on time. As per the mail received by Mr.Vikram, I had tried to contact Mr. Kapil bindal and it seems to busy.If the schedule changes than we will intimate you prior. Till the time I didn't get you reply against the fraud done by your dealership with the billing procedure. i.e:- "Attached image is showing about the fact what the dealership does fraud with their customers. 1. It is clearly written that " COOLANT BOTTLE & COOLANT NR" in their invoice but in the bill invoice page they are charging the amount from their customers. 2. " ENGINE OIL NEED TO BE TOP UP REFUSED BY CUSTOMER " but in the bill invoice page they are charging the amount from us. " This Seems that you had agreed that you had done fraud in your billing system and making fool to your customers by overcharging the amount of that work which you have not carried out during the time of Servicing or repairing. The owner send their car to Authorised service centre so that he will get their vehicle with original / Genuine spare parts and get their work on satisfactory. But you have shown that you only charged for the parts or the work but didn't do. As per your volkswagen policy you have to return the parts which you have replaced from the vehicle but you don't do this as I didn't get any part, It seems that may be you have charged the parts but didn't replaced in my car also. At last and again i want my dickey in correct position by replacing with new one and paint with complete rubbing & Polish with the compensation of overcharged amount in your wrong billing and free service.
