Complaint marked as Resolved After uploading my complaint here, I immediately received call from dealer and they took a days time to revert with solution. Next day i.e, on 18.04.2019 I received a call and email that it will take time to redeem the voucher but they are agreeing to refund the value of 100 lt diesel via cheque. So I agreed on this. Then on 19.04.2019 it was finalised to issue cheque and they handed over the cheque to me on 20.04.2019.
My complaint was resolved in just 2 days after logging complaint here.
The only disappointment is that since last 5 months I was following up but there was no positive response. Hope I don't get any chance to file any complaint here in future.
Volkswagen India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
