[Resolved] Volkswagen India — VW Polo Issues

My Polo car (#1984) wiring (Fuel Injector wiring) was damaged due to Rodents. I've given my car to VW Whitefield service center on 1st June for getting it fixed. It was told to me by service person, new parts are coming from Germany as they are not locally produced here. Now after 3 weeks when it did came wrong parts were sent. Now I'm suppose to wait for another 3 to 4 weeks. My issues are: 1. After all these localization talks why basic things are not available in India? Why it needs to be imported? 2. Are we expected to wait for 6 weeks for getting small things fixed? Is this normal? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
