To the service head vw india
Dear sir, i had extremely bad service at vw nashik (Sreekripa automobiles). I own vw vento highline diesel purchased on 5th jan 2013. Regular service, only highway and city driving and i love my car. Vw is extremely good in quality of engine, built, safety, etc. I had my 6th servicing on saturday 16/02/2018. I told them to check front suspension noise, glow plug (Heater plug) indicator signal apart from regular 90000km service. I paid rs10500/- for it and car delivered at me same evening. As soon as i started ignition, there was indicator that car needs servicing with spanner signal, i also noticed on driving that front suspension is still noisy, and even glow plug indicator signal is coming intermittently. I called up service advisors namrata sonawane and rahul jachak. They told me take car again on monday for check up and not to tell this issue to showroom manager or not to mail vw india. I am thinking to contact consumer court for cheating at vw nashik. Was this information helpful? |
