Am highly disappointed with the purchase of NEW Virtus 1.0L AT from VW.
I bought Virtus 2022 model 1.0L TOPLINE TSI AT (Regd No : KA01MZ3604) on Apr 16, 2023 and right after 5 days of delivery started seeing "Third brake bulb failure" Notification very randomly. I have provided all the proof of issue and given the car for service 2 times already to "Apple Auto Pvt Ltd, Whitefield, Bangalore '' and they couldn't even find out the root cause of the issue after diagnosing the car twice. Without finding a solution, they just delivered the car back to me for observation even after showing proof of issue. And nevertheless to say that the service provided in terms of car cleaning and issue diagnosis was very very bad.
I don't want a Brand new car to have any issues after spending a lot of money, and I didn't expect this kind of issue from a premium company like VW.
Please take immediate action to rectify the issue, or return my money back. Was this information helpful? |
