I a v francis bought a new wv polo from phoenixcars thrissur on 2nd nov 2019. On nov.9 th right hand side bottom grill of the car fell off during driving, i noticed only after i came home. I believe it may be a manufacturing defect or some problem of fixing the grill. When i contacted the dealer they refused to accept it. Frist thing they are not having the spare with them. They said they will oder the part if i am prepared to pay rs4000/ I want you to look into this problem if it is due to some mistake from your side please take necessary steps A v francis Rchie712gmail.com P.
