[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Wiper blade replacement for volkswagen jetta | |||||
Respected sir, I, fahad shah owner of volkswagen jetta 2016 october model had an issue with my wiper blade... I had pointed out the issue to the service advisor while the 7500 km free check up but he in return said it would not be covered under warranty as it comes under wear and tear. But now came to know that as it is of premium quality nearly costing around 3000 rs, it has 6 months warranty or 10000 km interval. I hereby demand a free replacement of the item and issue of notice to the service centre for providing fake information when they receive free replacement for the damaged item from the volkswagen company. What is the use of providing german technology when you have the worst service centre who could spoil the reputation. I demand replacement at the earliest or else i am sure to go ahead to the consumer court against this atrocity.
