Volkswagen India — Worst after sale service. | |||||
I had given my VW polo to Jahangir Puri Work station for a door replacement on 30th June 2016. Surveyor was assigned on 2nd July but its 8th July and they are not able to deliver me the car. They keep promising me today and today. Worst service ever received. Do not buy any Volkswagen car. You will regret your decision. All their employees are liars. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear Volkswagen Customer Care,
You do not understand a thing and NO, THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
If you take 10 days for a job which can be done in 3 days, you do not say that issue resolved. Do not thank me for being a valuable customer instead train your employees to create valuable customers.
I will never ever recommend Volkswagen to any one in my whole life.
