I had purchased vento top model from star cars in puducherry on june 2016. From that begining the service and responsibility is very worst. They had not done in proper time.in that car the navigation is not working properly it did not show any place properly also it is the 2014 model as well as software. They were so many issues regarding the car assembling (Eg. Roof top sticker, interior arrangement etc.) the technical people has no idea even for basic functioning question. Entirely wrong informations. After that i had studied from manual and followed the working mechanism.
Upto today i had entered with my car to show room nearly for 25 time but my compliant is not solved properly. Still my navigation has problem also the software is 2014 how nice it is
I need proper solution for my problem or return back my money and get back your car. Or i shall go to consumer court
