[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — WORST SERVICE IN VISAKHAPATNAM (AP)

This is to intimate that, the service performance in Visakhapatnam Show Room (AP) is not up to the mark. Plz find the below details for your reference; 1. My vehicle was given for general service on last month (Sept 2013), they informed me that the lower body of the car(ie, coolant & radiant cover) was replaced with new one, but it was found that its not new with charging me the replacement cost. 2. Battery was replaced in the month of may 2013, but it was dead in the month of Oct 2013. With great pressure the batery was replaced on the last minute since the vehicle is to be transferred to Pune.
