[Resolved] Volkswagen — No service, my work and everything stuck

My car is stuck from last two weeks and do not start, my office is 40 km from home and there is only bus service and have to change bus thrice and traffic jam and it takes about 6 hours in coming and going.. I phoned Volkswagen customer assistance but they said we have no one here available so u hv to get car towed by self. I am not able to go office, my part time business that's at other place, my children's pick and drop from school, my moms weekly check up, shopping, gym.. everything is disturbed... please help

Updated by Aabid Aslam Baba My car is stranded from last one weak, I call for assistance but they reply to get car towed myself to nearest vw service centre.how can I.. please help as I have no other option ... Is this an excuse that we don't hv anyone here to get your car .. are you like kidding... my car is in front of me and I can't go and drive..
