I bought a volkswagen ameo from bhagat volkswagen patiala. After delivering the car and high security no. Plates they refused to put up my rc file at the dto office, they asked me as i have bought a fancy no., file will be my responsibility. Furthermore they refused to give the fasttag which they promised to give earlier. Now they have completely refused to give that, suggesting me to put it by myself. Name of their manager is mr.
