Undergone AMC vide Voltas, Gillander House, 8, N.S. Rd., Kolkata-1 Recpt. No. Nil dt. 23.07.16 for Rs.2, 300/- for the pd 24.07.16 to 23.07.17 for service to be provided by their Authorised Service Franchisee, M/s. Colling & Solution, Main Road East, New Barrackpur, Kolkata. But till dt. no routine servicing has been done. Unless I call them through Co. Toll Free No., they do not attend. What is this? Is it AMC? What for I am paying?
