Voltas — 1.5 ton 183 cya window ac | |||
I bought 1.5 ton 183 cya window AC through zipper.com on 17 Apr 16 and after the product was delivered, I called the voltas customer care on 22 Apr for installation of the product within 24-48 hr through request no [protected]. Even after lapse of time no installation was done and then I was messaged that it will be done on 28 Apr. Such delay and that too in Delhi is not understood. I hope company can be more responsive and sincere in its efforts of providing services post selling their products . Was this information helpful? | |||
