Voltas — 2-ton AC

I am writing this email to express my extreme displeasure with Voltas service. I made a complaint on 22 May that my 2-ton AC is not working. Even after 10 days, I do not have a status of when the issue will be resolved. I find this unacceptable and find that the transactions with the company are opaque. The escalation process within the company is not clear. Voltas complaint # [protected]
